   • All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inaccuracies in pricing or availability.

   • Payment for the Product must be made at the time of ordering. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments are processed securely.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping

   • The Company will ship the Product to the address provided at the time of purchase. Shipping costs and delivery times will be specified during the ordering process. The Company is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns and Refunds

   • Due to the nature of the Product, we do not accept returns once the packaging has been opened. If the Product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

   • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned Product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Consent for Data Use

By submitting samples, you agree that your gut profiling data can be used by Arome Science Inc. to improve models and tests. This includes the development of new insights and enhancement of our products and services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Product after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
