Returns & Refunds policy

Introduction

At Arome Science Inc., we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase of the Arome S-Wipe Kit ("Product"). If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy to understand your options for returns and refunds.

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Due to the nature of the Product, we only accept returns of unopened and unused kits. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

  2. Return Window

    • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an eligible item. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  3. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@aromescience.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility

    • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  2. Partial Refunds

    • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  3. Non-Refundable Items

    • The following items are not eligible for refunds:

      • Opened or used Arome S-Wipe Kits.

      • Gift cards.

      • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping

  1. Return Shipping Costs

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  2. Lost or Damaged Returns

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Exchanges

  1. Defective or Damaged Items

    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at returns@aromescience.com within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
